Accuware is working on its deployment of software for tracking of Assets and consumables for emergency aid to victims’ in rural area’s. Our software complies with many of the requirements that the State and local governments are looking for to enhance their ability to respond to emergency situations. Fema has a system in place to provide emergency assistance within 12 hours with a large supply of medications, and equipment to aid in certain types of emergencies. State and local agencies who have occasional need for this type of assistance must have the software capability in place to be able to track the activities associated with the use of this emergency aid. Accuware’s web based technology can be installed at the clients servers or at a remote server that Accuware can provide. Microsoft SQL server data stores the data in an easy to use format that is great for use with “adhoc” reports, and is the preferred database by our clients for support reasons. The State of Nevada department of Health and Human services will be able to manage inventory at its main warehouse as well as at several “Receive Stage and Store” locations all with one software tool. Users can be created who can view and manage inventory at one, many , or all sites involved. Shipments can be made to any site, and users can “dispense” inventory to patients in the field. Users at the main ware house and “RSS” ware houses can use Mobile computers to ship, receive, move, and count inventory.
