Allows for three different print modes- Print All Mode and per line item print mode, and Packaging Mode.
Line Item Print mode allows for the ability to adjust Quantity to Print and Quantity on Label to print per line item.
Print All Mode will select all items by default and print the amount of labels equal to the line item(s) order quantity.
Kioske Mode (as a setting) expands the controls on the forms to allow use of touch screen monitor for user interface.

Allows the use of Custom fields created inside the “Item”  definition to be used on the label design
Label Connector can allow QuickBooks to remain closed while connecting to the QuickBooks data. This improves information security in Labeling area.
Specialized Modifications can be made to accommodate your work flow.
Line Item Print mode allows for the ability to adjust Quantity to Print and Quantity on Label to print per line item. User can print the line items one at a time.

Multi Mode also allows adjustment of number of labels to print per line , increasing Quantity On Label per line incase items will be grouped when packaged.
Packaging Mode allows printing of Multiple Line items of data into one label, Pick list or Packing List.

To address the many demands made on QuickBooks users to supply barcoded Labels. Accuware provides a simple to use interface that can help you create any intricate customer/supply chain label. You can drive your QuickBooks data to these documents to leverage all the data that has already been performed into QuickBooks.
 

The solution
 

As the popularity for QuickBooks software has continued to rise many clients have grown to the point where the use of Barcodes is now required. In other cases their customers demand that they label their products appropriately. Enter QuickBooks Label Connector!  In order to handle many supply chain driven labeling requirements, many of our clients require the extended Label design capabilities of a real Label software solution, and they need this solution to integrate with QuickBooks. Bartender (by Seagull Scientific), is a close partner with Accuware and has asserted themselves as a leader in Barcode label design and print software.  Accuware’s expertise in Software design, Barcode label printing software , and Barcode printers puts us in a unique position to service this need.

  How it works
   
  Users operating QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Enterprise can create customer Sales Orders, Invoices or Purchase Orders. All three Order types become “visible” to QuickBooks Label Connector. Users can search for a Particular QuickBooks Order by number. Once the Order is selected the items that are associated with that Order are displayed. Users can then print Labels and other documents for any of the items on that order. The Label print job is routed to Bartender software for printing. Item data fields from QuickBooks as well as Order header fields can be passed to the Label/document. Users can select a setting to print one Label per item quantity or a multiplier. They can also use Multi-print mode to print labels for all items on the order rapidly in the qty’s that are on the order.
