QuickBooks software has continued to rise many
clients have grown to the point where the use of
Barcodes is now required. In other cases their
customers demand that they label their products
appropriately. Enter QuickBooks Label Connector!
In order
to handle many supply chain driven labeling
requirements, many of our clients require the
extended Label design capabilities of a real
Label software solution, and they need this
solution to integrate with QuickBooks. Bartender

How
it works |

Users operating QuickBooks
Pro, Premier, or Enterprise can create customer
Sales Orders, Invoices or Purchase Orders. All
three Order types become “visible” to QuickBooks
Label Connector. Users can search for a
Particular QuickBooks Order by number. Once the
Order is selected the items that are associated
with that Order are displayed. Users can then
print Labels and other documents for any of the
items on that order. The Label print job is
routed to Bartender software for printing. Item
data fields from QuickBooks as well as Order
header fields can be passed to the
Label/document. Users can select a setting to
print one Label per item quantity or a
multiplier. They can also use Multi-print mode
to print labels for all items on the order
rapidly in the qty’s that are on the order.
Packaging mode lets the user output multiple
items to a page to make things like Case
contents labels, and pick lists.
The Users get to make design
changes using all the flexibility that
Bartender’s design interface can offer. The
system allows an unlimited amount of “templates”
to be created. |
