Accuware completes initial roll out of its Fixed Asset Management solution to Viacom

Accuware has initiated hosting and deployment of its Asset management solution to Viacom for management of IT Assets for its employees.  Viacom will use our solution with the use of signature capture technology to more efficiently monitor the use of IT related assets provided to its employees.

Accuware Browser based solution was scalable to hundreds of users, and also allowed for some customization to ensure that Viacom’s investment was a wise decision.  Users from many divisions within Viacom can easily access the system through any browser and still use the signature capture unit attached to the local clients pc.  We opted for “Topaz Systems” Signature capture unit because they seemed to be the most advanced with their software SDK.  We needed a hardware partner who already had experience working with software company’s operating in a browser.
