SQL Server database ready

With Accuware’s ProActive Inventory control you can start small using SQL server express as Microsoft’s free introductory level version. This powerful database can satisfy most clients needs for the first 1-2 years.

As the system grows the database can be upgraded to Microsoft SQL server 2005, or 2008.  Using SQL server you can take advantage of the import export features to easily pull in your ProActive data into Access, Excel, or any leading report writer. You can also using SQL server reporting services to develop reports. Even a novice can use Excel data import feature to “grab” ProActive data.

The Browser Philosophy

Because Accuware has constructed our ProActive Inventory software to run in a browser, you reap the benefits of ultimate scalability, and easy centralized management.  You install the software at your site or locate the software at your ISP. Client require no installation, and can run any OS as long as they have a browser.

Mobile applications

Most mobile inventory software runs locally on the hand held device. This requires you to own specific mobile hardware. Accuware ProActive Inventory uses web pages for the mobile device, so you can run the software on hardware of your choice. No cumbersome installation of the mobile software to each device is required.

Define Users, and Roles

Create customized user profiles to control who can perform certain tasks. You can optionally allow customers to view inventory for only their stock. Deploy your solution to a broad array of personnel and still protect certain information from unwanted editing of data.
